ECAA began providing services in Western North Carolina in November of 2015. With the addition of another large practice in Hickory joining in April 2017, ECAA’s presence in the western part of North Carolina continues to grow. The Gastonia division now has 3 locations including the new Belmont hospital opening in 2023.

All cases are performed except for transplant and general pediatric (except for pediatric ENT) some hearts, heads, OB, regional, and ortho.
